Australia's UNCONSTITUTIONAL Anti-Discrimination Tribunal under FEDERAL LAW - is misleadingly located inside the DISTRICT COURT of South Australia in Adelaide

1. The applications were based on me being illegally imprisoned without arrest by criminal abuse of Mental Health Act - without lawful authority, which means I'd not said or done anything that made me appear mentally unstable and a threat to physically harm anyone.

2. In March 2007 without any lawful authority. In a scene that reflected the insanity of TERMINATOR the film, seven [7] Ashford private hospital staff jumped me and my second-youngest child of school age school. Their ring leader SHANE GOODYEAR injected my leg to render me unconscious. I woke up under armed guard in Royal Adelaide Hospital psychiatric ward. About 30 hours later I was released, the only record I’d been imprisoned was the hospital arm band on my wrist. Despite the mandatory Mental Health Act requirement of giving me the arrest order, I had nothing. Then, when I sued the state in 2012 under Anti-Discrimination Acts, by myself as self-represented litigant because Legal Aid refused to fund my lawsuit, that’s when the Crown Solicitor’s representative slid the 2007 arrest order across the bench at me. The arrest order I read for the first time five [5] years after the fact claimed I’d threatened to shoot health staff with a gun after I’d physically assaulted them. I’d not but the Antidiscrimination Tribunal used that falsified Mental Health Act order with no other evidence, deeming that the order was valid & I had done those things.

3. Then two [2] months later in May 2007, still emotionally shattered about the assaults at hands of psychopathic FREEMASON POLICE, on the (before school) morning of the day after my 51st birthday in 2007 being illegally arrested & imprisoned because South Australia's SAPOL Christies Beach police criminally assaulted me and my youngest minor aged school child without lawful authority – then the State brainwashed the child to turn against me with intent they’d not give evidence against the Christies Beach police who assaulted us – I was acquitted of the police arrest charge of assaulting police with a deadly weapon & refused my legal right to claim damaged in retaliation of my criminal court acquittal from my illegal arrest by police Christies Beach police, they waited until 2008 & 2012 criminally defamed me in State mental health records – one was to falsely claim NSW police had proved I made a false SEXUAL ASSAULT – RAPE allegation against a NSW parliament minister in 1999. When the BRITTANY HIGGINS Canberra defamation by RAPE claim case was in the news I was illegally refused my right to sue on that police-health conspiracy to defame me in Canberra’s Federal Court of Australia. District Court in Adelaide claimed that the acquittal on the false charge of assaulting police didn’t mean the arrest was illegal. My civil action against the 2 May 2007 police department for false arrest, assault & battery, and false imprisonment in District court in 2010 the male Judge refused my application on the basis that the Criminal Court acquittal didn’t specifically say in the orders my arrest was illegal. Which means Australia’s Government says it's legal for police to arbitrarily arrest someone without any lawful authority to systematically assault them & their minor children, causing serious harm that is physical. I can’t appeal any of these illegal decisions, as I simply don’t have the legal knowledge & Legal Aid refused to represent me. All my emails & phone calls to lawyers have failed to generate any PAID legal assistance. Which indicates my electronic communications are being illegally monitored & illegally intercepted by Australia’s Government terrorists. 4. On the basis of the March 2007, criminal assaults on my family matters, I was again illegally imprisoned without arrest by criminal abuse of Mental Health Act in 2014 at State election time, this time this illegal process continues to this day in 2025 and despite that the District Court Guardianship Tribunal deemed the election time mental health Act order were illegal no person was arrested under false orders section 102 of the Mental Health Act. Instead, four [4] years later in 2018 the State’s FREEMASON terrorists illegally cancelled my drivers licence when I wrote to ask Adelaide police to investigate this evidence of South Australia’s State organised medical crimes.

Proving size doesn't matter. I'm more intelligent than most yet because of my small head I'm treated as if I'm a retarded halfwit. You can't appreciate the small size of my head without seeing me next to others. I haven't grown since I was 13 or 14 when I was taller than my sister who is now taller than me. Therefore, me having male parent's blood group, and having been squeezed out of my mum with her Irish ancestry; and that I appear to share facial features with this FRANCIS, as related to this GROSVENOR & SUTTOR family from BATHURST whereas my male parent's last sighting was ownership of property near BATHURST at the material time before a coroner proved arson fire destroying the residence, and this F-G-S family being linked to me by other documents published by others on Internet - it's not even remotely probably that with 10% Irish DNA my male parent is Y-DNAed to that Irish Coffey family.

I will add that I'm lucky to have a very extensive, independently recorded family tree, backed by DNA evidence. Both my parents are related (through their separate mothers as very distant cousins) to the same family who lived in Dublin Ireland in the Viking era. This coincidence of my own parent’s ‘way-back’ DNA connections proves the point that “we’re all related” and the point that as we are born from the DNA roulette wheel the likelihood that (long ago) inbreeding (despite the distance) will result in modern mental deficiencies like psychopathy - as inferred by inbreeding in Norse back then by their (often) history depicted sadistic ways. I boast having escaped that gene. Not so for many of my own family and the majority of people on this warring planet.

Psychopathy is characterised by the willingness not to empathise on every opportunity to empathise with others. Yes, willingness as psychopaths can & do fake empathy. Let me give you some examples that you probably don't think is psychopathy because you do it. Stealing from your siblings & rumour spreading are the most common traits of a psychopath.

Both of my long-term partners, & both of my parents, & two of my three siblings regularly stole from me or stole from me something of significance, or of significant financial value. Circa 19 August 2013 I'd contacted Wollondilly Shire Council threatening legal action over them illegally expelling me from my State Government elected position on that Local Council falsely advertised by State Government as "Local Government".

Oppression & bullying, it involves some form of discrimination however, all discriminations are not separate from each other they funnel down into one.
